1. Orenlo and these terms
These terms apply to your use of the Orenlo store at 8897m5-dd.myshopify.com and to purchases when ordering becomes available. “We,” “us” and “our” refer to Orenlo. Our Shipping Policy, Refund & Return Policy and Privacy Policy provide additional information relevant to store use and purchases.
Orenlo is preparing to open and is not accepting orders yet. We will confirm availability, product details and delivery estimates before checkout opens. A displayed planned product is not a promise of current stock or a confirmed delivery date.
Shopify hosts the store and processes information when you browse or purchase. If Shopify Network Intelligence or related enhanced services are enabled, this includes services informed by interactions with this store, other merchants and Shopify. Relevant information is shared with Shopify and service providers that may process it in other countries. Our Privacy Policy explains these practices and available choices. Orenlo is responsible for its obligations as the seller.
2. Using the store
Use the store lawfully and provide accurate information. To purchase, you must be legally able to enter the transaction or have appropriate permission from a parent or legal guardian. Only use payment methods you are authorized to use.
If an account feature is available, keep your credentials secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorized use. Do not use the store for fraud, unlawful activity, infringement, malicious software or interference with security and other users.
3. Product information and care
Product pages explain what is included, intended uses and relevant limitations. Before orders open, we will provide images that accurately represent the offered item; screen colors can vary. We will not substitute a materially different product without your agreement or an appropriate cancellation and refund.
Shoe-washing bags do not make unsuitable footwear machine washable or guarantee protection from damage or removal of stains. Use them only with shoes whose manufacturer explicitly permits machine washing, and follow both the shoe instructions and the bag's supplied care instructions. Do not assume that leather, suede or any other material is washable. Do not tumble dry unless both the shoe and bag instructions explicitly permit it.
Do not overfill bags or force their closures. Stop using a bag that is damaged or does not close securely. Nothing in these instructions removes rights relating to defective or misdescribed goods.
4. Prices and payment
Prices are in US dollars. Applicable taxes and delivery charges will be displayed before payment. We will not add an unagreed charge after checkout.
Prices may change for future orders. A later price change does not change the accepted price of an existing order. Discounts are subject to their stated terms.
Payments are handled by the providers offered at checkout. Orders may be reviewed for authorization or fraud. We will not ask you to send full card numbers or passwords by ordinary email.
5. Orders and errors
An order confirmation acknowledges receipt of an order. We may decline or cancel an order for a genuine availability problem, material listing error, suspected fraud, inability to deliver or legal restriction. If we cancel an order after payment, we will notify you and promptly refund the appropriate amount.
If a material price or description error is discovered, we will explain it and offer a suitable correction or cancellation. We will not charge a higher price without your agreement.
6. Shipping, changes and returns
Delivery coverage, estimates, charges, tracking and delay remedies are set out in the Shipping Policy. Return eligibility, postage responsibilities and refund timing are set out in the Refund & Return Policy.
We may use third-party and overseas fulfillment partners. Their involvement does not remove our obligations to customers. A supplier's reimbursement policy does not replace the rights or promises that apply to your purchase.
Contact us promptly if you want to change or cancel an order. Changes may not be possible after dispatch. Applicable cancellation rights and the published return policy continue to apply.
7. Store content and customer contributions
Store branding, original content and authorized media belong to Orenlo or the relevant rights holder. You may browse and shop for personal use. Commercial reproduction requires permission or another lawful basis.
If you submit a review, image or other material for publication, it must reflect a genuine experience and you must have the rights and permissions needed to share it. You retain ownership and give us non-exclusive permission to display the material in connection with the store and its products. Use in paid advertising requires permission appropriate to that use.
We may moderate unlawful material, spam, personal information and content that violates a neutral moderation standard. We do not remove a review simply because it is critical. Incentives and material relationships must be disclosed where required; an incentive will not depend on a positive review.
8. External services
Links to other websites and optional third-party services may have their own terms. We do not control every external website's content. We remain responsible for our own obligations and representations.
9. Responsibility and consumer rights
We take reasonable care in providing the store and handling orders. We cannot promise uninterrupted access or that every technical error can be prevented.
Nothing in these terms excludes responsibility for fraud or other liability that applicable law does not permit us to limit. Your mandatory consumer rights, including applicable rights relating to defective or misdescribed goods, remain available. We do not disclaim all responsibility for the products we sell.
10. Resolving concerns
Email hello@shopmodwell.com so we can try to resolve a concern. You remain free to use any payment-provider dispute process, regulator or court available to you.
Applicable law determines your rights and the appropriate forum for a dispute. These terms do not impose mandatory arbitration or waive an available right to bring an eligible small-claims case.
11. Changes
We may revise these terms for future store use and orders. The terms in effect when an order was placed apply to that order unless applicable law requires otherwise or you agree to a change.
If a provision cannot be enforced, the other provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law. Not enforcing a provision on one occasion does not waive it for every situation.
